Each valid postal entry will receive 1 ticket only.
Only one postal entry per person per competition is permitted.
Entries must arrive before the competition closes.
We accept First Class and Second Class post only.

14.1 Entry Eligibility

• Competitions are open to individuals aged 18 or over residing in the UK unless stated otherwise.
• Employees of Dream Promotions Marketing Limited, its agents, or their close family members are not eligible.

  Gift cards are purchased immediately after a winner is selected and electronic prizes are delivered within 5 days
  Physical Prizes are delivered within 7 days. 
  
  Competition Format
  
  All competitions on Dream Wins are skill-based.
  A skill question or task is required to enter.

14.2 Entry Limits and Disqualification

• Only entries submitted in accordance with the rules are valid.
• Multiple entries are allowed only if explicitly stated.
• Fraudulent, incomplete, or late entries may be disqualified at our discretion.

14.3 Item Collection & Holding Period

• Winners must collect or accept delivery of prizes within 7 days of notification.
• Items will be held for a maximum of 7 days; after this, prizes may be forfeited or reallocated.

14.4 Prize Claim

• Prizes must be claimed personally. They cannot be claimed by a third party.
• Details of prize collection or delivery are available on the Website or on request.

14.5 Cash Prizes

• Cash prizes will be transferred to the winner’s nominated bank account.
• Winners must provide evidence they are sole or joint account holders.
• Failure to provide proof within 14 days results in disqualification.
• Prizes may then be awarded to the next eligible entrant from valid entries received before the closing date.

14.6 Winner Notification

14.10 Chargebacks

• If a chargeback is pursued for any payment made to Dream Promotions Marketing Limited (Dream Wins), the entrant is liable for a £20.00 administrative fee.
• If unpaid, the Promoter may pursue recovery via the Small Claims Court.

14.11 Data Processing / GDPR

• By entering, you consent to the use of your personal data to administer the competition, contact winners, and announce results in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Viruses and Misuse

You must not introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorised access. Breaches may be reported to law enforcement.

16. Linking to Our Site
